It was a good experience for my child because he’s scared of doctors and in this urgent care the stuff and doctor were so polite with us and especially to my child. I came in today to get my hand and wrist rechecked. The doctor who was looking into it today was highly disrespectful and gave me no service. He came into the room without even looking at my hand and wrist and said I was good to go. After telling him my pain was a 10/10 and that it felt like something in my hand was popping, he then still showed disrespect and treated me as if I was nothing. This doctor was Geoffrey River I would never recommend being looked at or treated by him

Took a fall and visited the facility in Lombard for care. Received stitches, X-ray and cast on my arm. The staff could not have been better. I was seen immediately when I arrived. And after all my care I was out in two hours. I was nervous of course to find out what my outcome would be but the staff was great and explained everything. I will need to go back to have a follow up and have no anxieties out my visit. Great staff!
