Great staff and the doctor. I can't say a single bad thing about the place. My visit was smooth, painless, and super fast.

Earlier this year I switched my Medicare health plan from Advocate to North Shore and have been extremely impressed with the level of service to quality of care. A recent visit to the Gurnee Immediate Care Facility reinforced my satisfaction with North Shore. The wait to see the doctor was less than 5 minutes and the entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

Went on a Sunday and was seen very fast by nurse practitioner. She was kind, understanding and prescribed meds to help until I could see my primary Dr. Very convenient and clean.

First visit here , michaeleen was fantastic, very calming mannerism and reassuring , can’t say enough good things about her . Very glad we chose to go to Antioch promptmed.

Took a fall and visited the facility in Lombard for care. Received stitches, X-ray and cast on my arm. The staff could not have been better. I was seen immediately when I arrived. And after all my care I was out in two hours. I was nervous of course to find out what my outcome would be but the staff was great and explained everything. I will need to go back to have a follow up and have no anxieties out my visit. Great staff!
