I had burned myself very badly so bad that I almost rushed to the ER thinking a walk in clinic could not handle such a burn. Upon my arrival at the Valrico Baycare, the front staff immediately began working with me to get the basic information they needed to assist me. Once most of this was obtained the Dr. seen me within minutes. The Doctors, Nurses, and staff were very helpful and have been for over a week now. They clean the wound and dress my arm every 3 days even on a Sunday this place is a life saver!!! I would like to personally thank everyone there for the Job and work they do and in the polite,and professional manner they do it. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thanks again Baycare and all the Valrico staff.

A very positive experience on a Sunday morning. The whole family got influenza and we got taken care of fast, in Spanish and got our medicines the same day (at a nearby pharmacy). Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff.
