I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. I've had to visit 411 Urgent Care several times and have always encountered friendly staff and great care. There's nothing fancy here, it's a pretty basic place, but you can't beat it for good results.
