Ignore all the old reviews, there is a new doctor in charge and she is amazing! I've been to the office on 2 occasions in 2023 and the staff has been friendly and helpful both times. The office and the rooms are clean and tidy. I didn't wait long either time to be put in a room, and once in the room waited about the expected time to be seen. Dr Cruz does a great job of listening to the reasons for being in the clinic and was very thorough with solutions. I was able to go next door to a different medical office for an xray and got that done very quickly, and then Dr Cruz gave me the results and a treatment plan. She even followed up with me the next morning to see how I was doing.

Definitely recommend Altamonte MD. I needed a rapid COVID-19 test and they lived up to rapid. Staff was friendly and professional!

I've been going to this place for over 10yrs and was struggling prior trying different places year after year. I was so happy I found them and still am. Always very clean as well. Jena medical is the best walk-in medical center for urgent care with X-ray, labs and immediate pain doctor for interventional pain management procedures they are great for treating arthritis pain, lower back pain, neck pain, knee pain and interventional pain procedures in the office to stop sufferings rite away. Dr Lomonaco is just the best doctor for pain and sports medicine I’ve ever seen.
