I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Every thing was Great. Thanks pleasant people. Punctual pleasant people.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I needed my physical done or else i wouldn’t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didn’t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

Great Team of professionals!! Check in was quick ana easy.
