I found this walk in center to be far superior than the other one near stop and shop The nurse was like a doctor very very informative and pleasant  The Doctor was the same  I was very glad to have gone there with my issues

I was in and out quickly and the staff were very helpful

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

X ray tech Shirley very sweet and helpful dr Hughes very professional and helpful as wel

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Quick appointment.  Not sure why check in machine did not work properly.  Office had a terrible smell of a backed up septic tank and fabric softener from next door.  Drs assistant was great and Dr was fantastic and very helpful.

I was scared my meds changed and not feeling well they put my mind at ease. Always  make me feel better. Thank you

Manager was very helpful, kind, attentive and very compassionate. This was the safest I’ve ever felt at any facility. If I’m in need of anything this will be the DOCS I will always go to and will definitely refer to others

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Scheduling was easy check-in great Staff excellent Care excellent bedside manner wonderful and respectful. Yes I would recommend this provider
