The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

First time at urgent care, staff was very nice n quick helpful. Doctor was kind n understood  issues. N arranging test quick. Good place to go to. The care was very good too.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

I was very happy with the staff, they were very professional and attentive. However the on line doctor did not react to my needs. She was professional but wouldn’t prescribe what I needed for my extreme back pain and left without any help! Today I can barely walk!!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀

Medical service is very professional and everything is on time-great place

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

Brittany was gentle, kind and overall amazing. She ensured my injury was healing well.

Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. I was so overwhelm and want to say thanks so much, keep up the good work. I will recommend this pkace anytime.
