COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in North Haven, CT

There was only one person on staff in the whole place. She was great but she shouldn’t have had to do everything by herself. I was there for two hours. Feels pointless to have all those available time slots for appointments on the website if they’re not actually available. I’d rather have fewer options to choose when I schedule if I could actually be seen during my appointment time. The doctor was on an iPad so she couldn’t do much.

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

I would definitely recommend it,  it's fast and the people who work there give you the service you need.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
