I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Team here are always welcoming and helpful. Booking an appt online is very easy and they accept walk-ins! They always go above and beyond,highly recommend this urgent care!! The provider Palanca  is one of a kind.

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

Another great visit with Dr. Marshall. Time and time again Dr. Marshall comes through with a fantastic communication style, truly explaining what the problem is  and what will happen. And it’s also very evident that he cares about being a great doctor and getting great results for the patients. One of the only doctors I’ve ever met that truly bridges the gap between clinical and caring.

Eve thing ultra professional. Staff so helpful and friendly. Concerned about each patient and responsive to needs on an individual basis.

I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to
