Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. I was so overwhelm and want to say thanks so much, keep up the good work. I will recommend this pkace anytime.

I was impressed with the online scheduling, and availability of location and appointments. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!
