I was a walk in. Because I had been a walk in before this year, I was waited on less than 10 minutes. The front desk even found my insurance information, I did not have my insurance card.

It was a walk-in everything went smoothly and everyone was kind on point with everything. Thank you so much! 😊

Went in for a uti. Expected to see a doctor but No doctor was on site. Still was seen but by a telehealth PA on a ipad. Doctor was out on pregnancy leave. No covering doctor or pa which I found strange. Front desk did not know when practicing doctor would return. Good experience but a M.D. is always preferable. Wait time was not bad. If new patient then there is some paperwork involved.

I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy
