Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to Orthofast twice in the last month. The PA/Fiore and Dr. Ahmad were excellent. They were knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The wait time was minimal. The facility is very clean. The clerical staff was friendly and efficient. We are fortunate to have an urgent care for Ortho in our area. Not only are you seen by an Ortho provider but you avoid the exposure to illnesses at a standard urgent care. My family has been to this facility many times for Urgent care, Surgery and Physical Therapy.
