Pediatric urgent care near me in New Canaan, CT

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Sever pain on stomach, review of interview resulted in the immediate attention to my gallblatter. At hospital. Now for the removal of same..

Staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Time in office was minimal, was taken very good care of
