It was a quick and easy process! Dr. Adam, Aisha and Ynnalizz were AMAZING!! they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was all set to go.

I appreciate the staff there usually front staff is very rude but they were very nice and understanding. Definitely will come back here if needed.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

I was not happy after paying $200 They wanted me to do a covid test and a flu test that was not included in those $200. I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.

Sever pain on stomach, review of interview resulted in the immediate attention to my gallblatter. At hospital. Now for the removal of same..

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Schedule was easy done online   The front desk people are very nice and were very helpful , The P.A.  was very nice and straight to the point , she listen to what I had to say  Check in was easy and the online schedule is so convenient. The was good    The only problem I had was it could be a little cleaner in the rooms and the trash was so high over stack in the room,  Also I think when you leave the office they should be able to print what you were seen for and what medications were giving .    Over all no issues and I would go back here again and I would tell family and friends about this place

Everyone was professional welcoming, and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I had an excellent visit: thorough, probing and exceptional follow-up. I have never had a follow-up call from an Urgent Care office and I was very grateful because I could not get a an appointment with my doctor for what I considered an important check-up. The staff’s concern was palpable and I very much needed reassurances as my breathing was labored. Next visit would have been the ER and I was able to avoid it by the Urgent Care treatment. I cannot praise the the staff enough for their expertise. KUDOS! Highly recommend.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
