I was a walk in. Because I had been a walk in before this year, I was waited on less than 10 minutes. The front desk even found my insurance information, I did not have my insurance card.

I love coming here when it’s need be the staff is amazing and the care is great the doctors help out so much!

My medication was never sent over to my cvs I still don’t have my meds and it’s been 24 hours so now I have to call for my medication to be sent over when I desperately need my medication

The Check in staff was so helpful even when I didn’t have my insurance card w me.  She walked me through the steps to contact the insurance company.  The clinical staff were helpful professional and capable. They explained everything clearly and provided a prescription for treatment.  I highly recommend this urgent care center.
