When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit.           Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

          Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.
