Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Litchfield, CT

your PA didn’t give me medication saying it’s viral, i went somewhere else and it was bacterial, so thank you for the misdiagnosis!!  terrible

I was a walk in patient. As soon as I arrived, the staff gave me the information update form. When I finished filing out the form I gave back to the staff so they could update my files on the computer. It was about 15 minutes later that I was taken into an examining room where the nurse took my vital signs. She was very polite and gentle when using the various instruments. When she had finished. she notified the doctor that she had taken the vital signs and everything was in the normal range. The doctor then gathered all of the supplies and equipment that was need to do the procedure which was to clean the wax out of my ears. When he was squirting the fluid into my ear, it was somewhat more painful than it had been on previous occasions. Aside from that, the doctor did a very good job of restoring my normal hearing. YES, I would recommend this provider. This is the second time that I have been to this facility.

Scheduled a physical on the same day & was seen. Was seen as soon as I walked in.

Took my son for an eye infection and they where Very fast and staff was friendly definitely recommend them. Thank's

I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere! Very professional

Sever pain on stomach, review of interview resulted in the immediate attention to my gallblatter. At hospital. Now for the removal of same..

I use DOCS for my primary care and they are phenomenal. The doctors there are great. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk people who really do care about their patients. They are very respectful and caring. I am a very picky person and when I tell you that I would refer DOCS to anybody, I would definitely refer them all day any day as I stated they are very caring very respectful as many places like this, I've been to staff has been horrible but here they are great. I don't have one bad thing to say continue what you guys are doing and thank you so much for being so awesome!

Well I waited two hours for my telehealth call But when the dr called I got good answers. With a plan for future

Amazing doctor. She is thorough and a great person.

I would have preferred provider to be on the premises but video process worked out pretty well

I went as a walk in, wasn’t busy so got right into the back. Waited a bit because I’m sure they probably had other patients back there already. PA I saw was top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was a per diem ee and honestly if she was there full time that would be the only place I would go. Nice staff too.

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The staff was really helpful. Check in was very convenient as well.
