The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

It was very easy to set an appointment. Checking in was even better, the staff was so pleasant, friendly and helpful shows that they care. I would recommend this Docs office to all that needs your services.

I appreciated everything that was done. It took awhile for x-ray results but it was not due to Urgent Care but Milford Diagnostics failed to send them.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Visited for a COVID test. Staff is very efficient and friendly. I appreciate the service.
