Pediatric urgent care near me in Georgetown, CT

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

I woke up with a cough for coming first couple of days. I thought I had covet I went to the clinic to check in they took me right away treated me with dignity and very concerned for me. I was checked for strep throat covet the flu long behold I had strep throat. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable and reference to what I should do with my toothbrush I should take my medication. I was very satisfied all around. I would recommend them on a daily basis.

I went to docs because my primary doc couldn’t not fit me in with my work schedule. I have been to docs twice and I hope I never have to go back. The cost of $50 is a lot of money each time. And both times I was there for over and hour, yesterday it was like two and a half hours. My time is just as important. The only thing good I have to say is the staff was very pleasant.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed!

Needed to get a covid test so I called but the message said to go on line. I did and it was easy. At check-in I was asked to finish on my phone. I wasn't feeling good and was waiting for a code when the man said do it on paper instead. It was a lot when feeling bad and I should have just insisted on doing it on the phone. I finally got in and had the test done and was told it takes 10 minutes for results. After 15 minutes passed I waved to the man who said let me look. It was done and nobody checked. The bathroom was out of order although they let me use another. The people seemed nice but I just didn't get a great feeling about the place. I can't recommend them but I won't discourage others who may have a better visit.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!
