I was surprised that only after arriving I was told it would be a virtual visit. Also I do not understand why I had to pay two copays, one for each health insurance I have. The manager is lovely.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed!

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

Needed to get a covid test so I called but the message said to go on line. I did and it was easy. At check-in I was asked to finish on my phone. I wasn't feeling good and was waiting for a code when the man said do it on paper instead. It was a lot when feeling bad and I should have just insisted on doing it on the phone. I finally got in and had the test done and was told it takes 10 minutes for results. After 15 minutes passed I waved to the man who said let me look. It was done and nobody checked. The bathroom was out of order although they let me use another. The people seemed nice but I just didn't get a great feeling about the place. I can't recommend them but I won't discourage others who may have a better visit.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.
