Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

Another great visit with Dr. Marshall. Time and time again Dr. Marshall comes through with a fantastic communication style, truly explaining what the problem is  and what will happen. And it’s also very evident that he cares about being a great doctor and getting great results for the patients. One of the only doctors I’ve ever met that truly bridges the gap between clinical and caring.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I was a walk in and staff are always amazing. Met with a smile as i walk through the door. I seem to be a regular visitor there and the staff always makes me feel at ease.
