          I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly.           The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

          Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
