Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. It's rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality urgent care. Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

All went quick and easy. Fast scheduling, close to home, very kind and informative staff.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Walked in. Immediately greeted. Friendly help with checking in. Seen immediately. Nurse, reception guy, and PA were so friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning lady greeted me. PA listened and was thorough. Perfect visit all around

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Helpful visit. Registered  Online. However way too many questions. Took forever to answer and many questions seemed unnecessary

Scheduling and change is easy. All staff are friendly and explain everything with patience. Physician is professional and experienced. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!

Staff was great as always.   I made an appointment but it do seem to matter, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.
