Renea, Carmen, and Dr. Amy!! I had an pleasant and amazing experience. These 3 ladies were very friendly and helpful with the check in progress and helping me with my injured toe. The wait time a little long, probably because there was only 1 doctor. The Friendliness and Attention to my needs was spot on!! I will recommend and be back if I need urgent care again!

I was very happy to get an appointment same day but so frustrating to have to fill out so much paperwork when health and insurance hasn’t changed.  Very disappointed with the staff up front giving me attitude about my name that’s in the system.  Unprofessional and unwelcoming!! Staff once you are called back were great!!

I booked an appt at 4:30pm had to wait in the waiting room until 5:43pm. Then wait in the back until 6:13pm to be seen because an emergency. I feel like if an appt is made the wait time shouldn't be that long. Once DR came in things were fast.

Walk in for acute muscular neck pain which was disabling. Doctor patient to get all details and diagnose treatment.

Outstanding service at the Erie location yesterday. The staff are highly efficient, very personable and professional. Their fees were much lower than I anticipated. They make my regular GP's office look inept. I would definitely use them again.
