Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Scheduling was easy with plenty of convenient time options. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Staff was great. Highly recommend!

Had booked the appointment 2 days before at 9:00 AM. Intake personnel took vitals at 9:15. Saw Mercy at 9:45. I don’t know if an emergency came in. My appointment was excellent after that. Mercy was attentive to what I told her, tried to get an earlier cat scan. She really reached out and shared that she would update my physician.

Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.
