Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

Had booked the appointment 2 days before at 9:00 AM. Intake personnel took vitals at 9:15. Saw Mercy at 9:45. I don’t know if an emergency came in. My appointment was excellent after that. Mercy was attentive to what I told her, tried to get an earlier cat scan. She really reached out and shared that she would update my physician.

Had a serious cut on my leg which ended up requiring multiple stitches. Every step of the process was explained to me ahead of time, reducing any stress I might have felt.

Had a horrible UTI and they had me in so fast, checked, treated, and prescription called in! Thank you to all of NEXT CARE!!!

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
