Excellent Urgent Care!  Able to see someone quickly!  Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable, asked questions, listened to my concerns, recommended x-rays for reassurance, and just made it a very positive experience!  Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Castle Pines!

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

Can’t say enough, kind words about the provider that I see. She’s always incredibly kind and her humor makes being an urgent care better. Sweet staff and grateful that I got in and out today.

Had booked the appointment 2 days before at 9:00 AM. Intake personnel took vitals at 9:15. Saw Mercy at 9:45. I don’t know if an emergency came in. My appointment was excellent after that. Mercy was attentive to what I told her, tried to get an earlier cat scan. She really reached out and shared that she would update my physician.

Friendly helpful staff. No long wait. And easy resolution to my problem.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. Their rudeness was palpable and made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, their dismissive behavior left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact at the facility was so negative, overshadowing the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in a healthcare setting.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

I have been having congestion for the past 3 days. I was given a thorough examination -ears, throat , and chest. I have a virus. Happy with the care I received!

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.
