Had booked the appointment 2 days before at 9:00 AM. Intake personnel took vitals at 9:15. Saw Mercy at 9:45. I don’t know if an emergency came in. My appointment was excellent after that. Mercy was attentive to what I told her, tried to get an earlier cat scan. She really reached out and shared that she would update my physician.

Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

Had a serious cut on my leg which ended up requiring multiple stitches. Every step of the process was explained to me ahead of time, reducing any stress I might have felt.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.
