Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Everyone was supportive, patient, kind, and helpful. This is the only Urgent Care I got to because of the great customer service and attention they give to you.  I highly recommend this location.

A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

My PCP sent me to Urgent Care for X-Rays which is a service that is listed on the website. I come in for my scheduled visit and at that point I am informed that I will need to drive 30 miles away to get an X-Ray. I drive 30 miles away and I am sitting in an empty waiting room waiting for my X-ray. Maybe I should have just gone to the ER.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.
