Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. We just had a great experience when my 7 year old needed a strep test. I called ahead and we were able to get in quickly. The wait time was minimal, but there was only one other patient at the time. The front office woman was incredibly friendly, the nurse was great with my son and the doctor was quick to see us and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
