I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. It's rare to find a team so dedicated and passionate about their work. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality urgent care. Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend
