Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

Had a serious cut on my leg which ended up requiring multiple stitches. Every step of the process was explained to me ahead of time, reducing any stress I might have felt.

Got in fast. Was treated with kindness and professionalism. Answered all my concerns. Very nice people.

Had booked the appointment 2 days before at 9:00 AM. Intake personnel took vitals at 9:15. Saw Mercy at 9:45. I don’t know if an emergency came in. My appointment was excellent after that. Mercy was attentive to what I told her, tried to get an earlier cat scan. She really reached out and shared that she would update my physician.

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
