Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Walked-in for an infection in my index finger and was helped right away.  And got into the doctor in about 10 mins.   Very happy with the staff and doctor!   I would highly recommend this provider and I will absolutely go there again!

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

I love this urgent care. It is 5 minutes from home, exceptional and friendly staff and the wait times aren’t bad at all. The facility is clean and well managed. Check-in is a breeze (even better now with the app). I highly recommend this urgent care in Aurora, CO.

I come here anytime I have urgent care needs. Always 10/10 .. however, today Maddie front desk wasn't welcoming and she just wasn't pleasant and I am definitely not used to that. The rest of my visit was a 10. Nursing staff and NP were great.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

Everything was very good.  Not a long wait time. No complaints.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line
