Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Everything was smooth from start to finish.  The app to get the insurance card picture looks like it didn’t load the first time.  I had to redo the picture scanning when checking in at the office.  If you can get that app fixture.  Then. The whole experience is perfect service.

Easy to book the spot thru Solv.    No wait when I got there.  The nursing staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was provided great medical care and advice.  Great experience with Ventura urgent care and using the Solv Ao.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.
