I had to do a physical/drug screening for a new job and this was the clinic my company is contracted with. I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I’d recommend this urgent care to others.

I came in because I was experiencing congestion and a cough. I did not have an appointment but was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front office staff was friendly and efficient, as was the PA. The doctor was amazing! She asked for pertinent info and addressed all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate that she made direct eye contact when we spoke and really listened to my concerns. I felt she truly cared and considered what I shared. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FIRST IMPRESSION!

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. Care was as expected. The wait time was pretty long, with 3 people ahead of me. Got to the room and was tested right way. Was the told the test would take 15 minutes and I waited over 30 to get results. I spent about 3 1/2 hours there. The staff did their job nothing more and nothing less. Just seemed like there was a lot of waiting in a freezing cold room, to a point where you wonder if they forgot about you. And I was unable to receive my ibuprofen because the pharmacy said there was no instructions from the prescriber so they told me to just use OTC and no exceed 600mg.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!
