DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

We will both be back very very patient no matter how times I asked the same question over Multiply times very friendly snd accommodating of diverse needs highly recommended
