Speedy service, ease and convenience of signing in and filling out paperwork, kind front desk and PA. PA Adam had good explanations and patience with questions. Office/clinic/patient rooms were very clean with modern design. The family room is nice to have for people with children.

Easy scheduling and checkin process. Love that they offer telemedicine because its hard for my child to physically wait in a clinic due to being on the spectrum. Prescription was ready for pickup at our local pharmacy within minutes :)

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Great choice they get things done, staff was great The Doctor was great took all the time to explain things. Very satisfied.

I haven't had a routine check up in a long time, and I scheduled online for today. Betina and Zuk (I guess that's how you write it) were great, helpful, friendly, respectful and understanding. 100% recommend this place! In and Out in less than an hour!

I was able to get an appointment right away.  It was very to schedule.  The staff was very nice & the Dr was great at explaining my options.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing
