Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

The doctor was great. She listened helped and cared for us.  The whole staff was amazing.

My experience was fine in office but the billing department has inaccurately billed me for equipment and reaching the billing department to make corrections has been terrible. They do not answer their phone and you are placed on hold and nobody answers. The billing error was significant.

Very nice medical center. The staff was very nice. Well organized. My appointment was 2:15, I got there 45 minutes earlier, and they accommodated me. Very happy with their service.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Car door swung open and the bottom corner of the door hit my shin and opened a wound the size of a quarter, plus. Skin peeled back half way on the wound. Staff was great. No stitches needed, he pulled the skin back over the open sore, glued the skin down, dressed the wound and sent me home with all I needed for changing the bandage. Excellent service.

Very easy to schedule my appointments, and all the staff were so considerate.

Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up
