Easy to book the spot thru Solv.    No wait when I got there.  The nursing staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was provided great medical care and advice.  Great experience with Ventura urgent care and using the Solv Ao.

Everything was smooth from start to finish.  The app to get the insurance card picture looks like it didn’t load the first time.  I had to redo the picture scanning when checking in at the office.  If you can get that app fixture.  Then. The whole experience is perfect service.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly. The checkout was amazing, she helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy to get my prescription
