Easy check in. Short wait on the weekend. Staffs are very friendly. Doctors are professional.

Easy to make an appointment and seen as scheduled.  What one expects when seeking medical care. I rescind my original comments.  I called the office and left a message to question if I needed a refill on prescription or come in.  No response!  Follow up care is poor.

Lady staff was very helpful and kind however i was charged more than the care and service that i received in that 1 visit . Tried calling the billing office and got a voicemail and never got a call back.

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

i love the place , very clean, easy to register and providing my info .... very calm and everything is easy , no long wait ..... the attending PA or assistant physician is quick to give diagnosis , then fast to determine the plan to implement to my health concern ..... everything is convenient and with clear answers to what you wanna know about your health concern .

The staff were exceptionally kind and respectful. I expected a frazzled front desk experience, but the person was superb!

My experience was fine in office but the billing department has inaccurately billed me for equipment and reaching the billing department to make corrections has been terrible. They do not answer their phone and you are placed on hold and nobody answers. The billing error was significant.

Juan, the medical assistant was good and receptive. The PA who saw me was also good but I just didn't agree with her recommendations. She was gracious to accept my opinion and she maintained her professionalism despite my disagreement. She did tell me that she was putting me on dexamethasone but forgot to explain the dosage; and also antibiotic but I already know what to do with the antibiotic. I thought the prednisone was a little high--40 mg everyday for seven days. It may be a good dose but for me, it gives me quiver and crave for food that's the reason why I was hesitant to take it. She did offer me to be nebulizer but I said I'll do it at home.

So glad you’re open in Alameda. Hope you stay forever. Alameda really needs you. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you

Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up

Came in 4 mins late but staff checked me in immediately. I am fortunate there was no line eventhough I had an appointment.  Staff were very professional and friendly.  The medical assistant and doctor were caring, also moving fast.  i was out in 30 minutes.  Thank you!
