My husband has pneumonia, so as soon as I started coughing, I made an appointment at the new Marque Urgent Care on Alicia Parkway. It was so easy to start an account and get in quickly. The place is beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Check-in was fast. The PA was so knowledgeable about my asthma and gave me meds to keep it from becoming worse. I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit
