          I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there Ā and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didnā€™t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didnā€™t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe thatā€™s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

          The PA was kind and non alarming!Ā  I didnā€™t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine Ā test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???
