I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could book an after hours appointment. Quick and excellent consultation. I picked up meds at 930pm from cvs, unsure if provider realized I was attempting to pick up meds that evening. I called in several times to change pharmacies and the staff were SO nice and ON it ! So impressed and I will definitely use again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this provider and the support staff. Update: feel 100% better 5 days later. Why can’t all urgent cares be this easy ?

As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.
