Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

I am going to use them from now 0n. I wonder if I can make them my primary care physician. The service was. Just excellent

Took my daughter here. Laura the PAcwqs absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She made my young daughter feel at ease and gave me great advice. Highly recommended.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

The office was busy and I totally get it everyone is sick right now . Everyone was helpful and it was worth the wait loved the nurses and doc who saw me . such a convenient and well structured establishment. Thank you to all

Scheduled my appointment easily online. Check in was easy and wait time was minimal. The staff was all friendly.

The doctor was kind. All staff was extremely nice.

Tanya was caring and addressed my concerns and I started feeling better in a few days it would have been sooner but my antibiotics would not be ready until the next day in the afternoon.

Highly recommend this location. They are always professional and on schedule. The place is very clean. Appointment times are spot on. If any delays they communicate with you. I have recommended them to our neighbors and they are very happy with this location as well.

From greeting to goodbye all went well at NextCare on Bell & 98th. My illness was examined, questions asked and answered with a detailed explanation of my treatment. All within 15 minutes. I left with a recovery plan in hand. Thank you NC.

Receptionist was very friendly, tech was very professional & doctor also very professional & explained my condition, so I could understand.  Would recommend this urgent care.

The PA Kevin has helped me before..he is very thorough and Knowledgeable. I was seen very soon after my arrival and back home in bed within the hour. This is the only Nextcare I have been to and I am so glad I found this one...very good at helping me feel better soon.

Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.
