My appointment was made by my telehealth doctor. The clinic  was great. The only issue I have is with telehealth billing they did  not go through both of my insurances and so I was builked a  $50 co-pay. I haven’t paid a co-pay since 2018, so I’m kind of upset about that and they said they couldn’t change it until Tricare for life approved that payment. Never had any problems with telehealth billing or going into the clinic before. I did talk to billing several times that day.  I also called Tricare For Life and they told me that Nextcare had not submitted a claim.  Billing had to go thru Tricare for Life and not Tricare Prime West  as they would not show me eligible.  Two different entities.  I saved a voice mail from Dawn 1-480-289-7909: Hi Olga, this is Dawn with Next Care Virtual Care.  uh you had called about your um TRICare and both uh me and another coorker um tried to verify it and it same direct st only.  Um, so as it stands right now, the co-pay would apply, and I would contact them and find out, um, if something changed, and then, um, I believe, uh, if it is correct, you can always have them.  Give you a refund.  Do you have any questions? Give me a call back 888-286-3606.  thank you Not sure what the problem on their end was as I have used telehealth several times with no issues.  I would like my co-pay returned, thank you.

My adult son has a lot of medical issues which is why we always have to visit urgent care facilities when we travel .   This is the best care we have even gotten for him .  For starters every one had a smile on their face ! They helped us find a pharmacy close to our hotel .   Even his regular doctor doesn’t asks him so many question or even listen to him .  We will definitely go to next care next time we are in town and need help !
