As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years.  I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before.  After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out.  Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.

Doctor & staff were friendly & very helpful. Especially on new year eve.

Have visited Alliance urgent care at 84th and Thunderbird several times and always have been satisfied with results. Give a 10 to staff, scheduling and of course all professionals.

Was an efficient in and out once I got called back for my room.  However waited 45 minutes past my appointment time.

Family owned and hence they care. Awesome care, great doctor.

I went in on Wednesday for a sore throat and fever. My co-pay was a lot less than I thought, they were super busy, but got me in like 5 minutes. I took my uncle here Saturday, and Kailyssa was so helpful throughout the entire check-in process, and she got a little of comedy within to, it’s something that’ll brighten up anyone’s day that’s fasho. 💯😌🙏
