Visit went fine just waiting on callback from culture results.; obviously they are not concerned if I have an infection… it’s been 3 days and no call back from culture results. If I’ve got a bacterial infection I should be on antibiotics which they must suspect or they wouldn’t have sent urine off to culture. If they don’t trust their dipstick. I’m not impressed with this efficiency at all.

The scheduling was very easy to do and for me who was out of state was kind of confusing I thought that you could go anywhere and use your insurance no matter what kind of insurance you have. But I found out the only place I could go and use my out of state insurance was the emergency room. The Staff was amazing and the care was good. The only thing I had issues with is being taken back to a room and left for almost 2 1/2 hours before seeing the doctor. But , overall it went pretty good.

As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.
