I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly. They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing. They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks.
