I was pleased with my visit.  It was my first time there since my last visit and I was not familiar with their new check in.  The young lady was very helpful with that....thank you!!  And my Doctor was very kind and helpful.  It was a good visit.  I will return.

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

Booked an appointment for 6:20 and was not seen until 8:00. The paint was peeling off around the trim of the windows. The floors looked like they had not been mopped in months. There is no sink in the rooms for the staff to wash their hands upon entering. No one used hand sanitizer in the room before entering nor leaving the room.
